Spring Things

Here is a little recap of some of the things we were up to this spring!

 I ran my second 5K with some women from my gym and was pretty happy to have improved my time!

Jade had a spring band concert at Madison Junior High. This concert combined the 5th grade bands from the two other elementary schools that feed into the same junior high as Jade's elementary school. They also got to play a song with the 8th graders.

Jade juggled time between two soccer teams this spring! She continued to play on the Naperville premier team she had been on the last few years, but was also extremely busy with several practices and sometimes multiple games every week for her new club team, Windy City Rampage. She primarily played defense this season, which was new for her. She improved so much throughout the season and loved her coach, Hannah. Nate and Grampy were able to get some good action shots of Jade during games!

We wrapped up the year for Girls Scouts with geocaching at Naper Settlement and a fun Daddy/Daughter cooking class!
