Jade started out the month with a virus that included pink eye, a sore throat and a fever that lasted for about 5 days! Luckily we didn't have much going on that week that she had to miss out on except for the fireworks on the 4th of July! I stayed home with her while Nate and Jemma went!
Luckily, Jade was feeling better by the weekend and up for our 3rd annual Lake in the Hills Ribfest day with Grammy and Grampy!
Jade did another Volleyball camp, this time through Naperville Central High School. She had a lot of fun at this camp with several girls from school! Jemma did a basketball skills camp through Woodridge Park District and loved it!
After driving past it so many times, we finally tried smoothies from Smoothie King!
We gathered in the NW suburbs with my extended family on my dad's side as we do every summer! We celebrated my Grandma's 96th birthday and got to spend some quality time with my cousins and their significant others! Jade and Jemma were so excited to spend time with their cousins and bonus cousins (my cousin's kids)!
