July

 July started with a fun day with Aunt Mar and Grammy! We had lunch at Buona Beef, played at two different parks and got ice cream at DQ!

We went to Naperville's firework display on July 3rd with some of our neighbors. On the 4th, we lit off some fireworks of our own at the house!

We made it to the Lake in the Hills Ribfest and carnival with Grammy and Grampy for our 2nd year in a row! We had so much fun tasting many different vendor's ribs and corn bread! The girls also had a blast going on all the rides!

Jade got a free ticket to a Chicago Red Stars game from the camp she participated in and really wanted to go to a game. So, I got a ticket too and we went to the game along with Jade's friend Kylie and her parents! We had such a fun time and the girls got so many autographs and selfies with some of the players after the game!

While we were at the soccer game, Jemma got to have a super fun day with Nate! They went to a trampoline park, painted pottery and had dinner at Culvers!

We had a blast spending the weekend with my extended family on my dad's side and celebrating my Grandma's 95th birthday! I always enjoy the time spent with my cousins and their significant others! Our kids always have the best time playing together too! We packed a lot of fun into a weekend!

June

 I kicked off summer with some fun birthday celebrations including lunch, shopping and cupcakes at Oak Brook Center with my mom, Brazilian Steakhouse dinner date with Nate, and a night at Summerfest in Milwaukee with Katie and Lauren!

Jade did a week long soccer camp through the Chicago Red Stars (professional women's soccer team) with her friend Kylie and Jemma took swimming lessons and did an art camp at Kim Roth's Art Studio! They both loved their camps!

We celebrated Father's day with Nate's mom and dad with a nice brunch and some play time at a few local parks! 

We went strawberry picking with Grammy and got to see Grampy sporting his new t-shirt we got him for Father's Day!

We also played a lot at the park, went to the pool, saw Scooby Doo at the old Tivoli theater and the girls went to a super fun birthday party for their friend Addi which involved them getting their hair, makeup and nails done!
